Mission
The mission of Resilient Youth Mentoring is to empower our young people to reach their goals by providing guidance and positive direction in developing independent living/social skills to help enrich their experiences. In addition, our focus is to improve self-esteem, social competence and avoidance of high risk behaviors by providing relationships with caring adults who work to help them to achieve their potential. Our objective is to create supportive one-on-one relationships and group dynamics, to support individuals toward the development of their vision for the future, to support youth in identifying resources needed to purse higher education or a trade and to improve academic achievement.

Scripture Reference:
Mark 11:22-25 (NLT)
"Have faith in God, I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, 'May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,' and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart. I tell you, you can pray for anything, and if you believe that you've received it, it will be yours. But when you are praying, first forgive anyone you are holding a grudge against, so that your father in heaven will forgive your sins, too. "
